A bit of advice:

Make spare keys to your front door. Hide one somewhere in your apartment complex beneath a rock, give one to a friend, put one in a box under your vehicle, maybe one in the bottom of each pair of shoes you own... whatever it takes to avoid this:

...and to avoid the $160 charge from the locksmith when you lock yourself out of your apartment after office hours... with dinner cooking in the oven.

One question:

Why do boys' socks have sand in them... ALL THE TIME?!?

My brother left a pair of socks here well over a year ago. I wore them... they were full of sand. I washed them - wore them again - full of sand. Washed the socks again - wore them - full of sand. Definite pattern, and endless supply of sand.

Now, what is the phenomena that is happening here? The socks are washed with my other socks and yet, somehow, that one pair of socks (formerly belonging to a boy) always ALWAYS dirties my toes with yicky old sand.

Weird.

Introducing
GREYSON

His pretty spotted little belly. Getting his first nail-clipping.

Sleeping in his UGA blanket. Spotting himself in the mirror.

Greyson spent his first night at my apartment on December 31st and helped bring in the new year while snoozing on my mom's shoulder on the couch.

During his week here in my apartment, he has become quite comfy... as long as he is held. He loves to play, but even more he loves to just be on me. While I sleep, he sleeps on my shoulder with his head laid against my neck. Even right now while I am typing, he is hanging out just sitting in my lap and watching me. If he is left alone for any period of time, he begins to meow until I pick him up.

Greyson even likes to travel with me. Yep. I put him in my purse and took him to the mailbox several times. He puts his paws and head out of the bag and just watches the world around him... never trying to jump down... never showing fear of his surroundings. Last night, he escorted me on a drive.

He licks ears with his little sandpaper tounge... and somtimes he gets a little out of control and nibbles (a bit too hard at times).

Greyson has a combination of black and white whiskers, little black freckles around his whiskers, a gray outlined nose, and purple pads on his paws.

He's an absolute doll and you can expect to see many more pictures of him as he grows... mom bought me a digital camera that just seems to love Greyson!
